This week's challenge is in two areas. I'm aware that those who are actively getting their coaching-training via the app are individual contributors as well as managers. So I want to make sure there is a challenge for each category.
1. Personal Productivity - Tracking time...the theme "recapture to reassign."
2. Management Effectiveness - Feeding Employee Motivation - Are You Making Deposits?

As a reminder: the whole point of this blog and now the app is to help you gain and maintain your professional edge with the proven theory of focusing on simple behaviors and knowledge points that are embedded into your everyday - real time experience.
I've demonstrated through my training and coaching practice that you don't have to spend a lot of money or learn huge amounts of information at one time to gain competency as a manager and/or individual contributors.
What is required is...
...continuity - learning that builds upon itself
...continuous - or consistency of learning - ongoing vs. sporadic - a lifestyle so to speak
...ease of access - can find easily - virtually anywhere (the app is the ultimate in ease of access)
...ease of use - the "bite-size" format makes it easy to understand and implement
...repetition - our mind only absorbs so much at one time - repetition if essential for the most effective learning.
